Homeless World Cup takes Pole Position in Formula 1

As the launch of the 2011 Formula 1 World Championship approaches, Swiss team Sauber F1 have confirmed that they will fly the flag for the Homeless World Cup.
On Saturday 26th February 2011 the new-look Sauber race car will be revealed in Guadalajara, Mexico. Sauber's new Mexican driver Sergio Pérez will attend the event.
The Homeless World Cup branding will appear on the backward facing rear wing of the C30 cars driven by Pérez and Kamui Kobayashi of Japan throughout the 2011 Formula 1 season.
Fundación Telmex, one of the world's largest telecommunications companies, is a major backer of the Sauber F1 team. It is also the host of the Mexico 2012 Homeless World Cup.

About this weekend event
On Saturday, between 10am and 3pm (local time) Guadalajara will present the new car to thousands of F1 fans from all over the world. Before Sauber’s new driver Sergio Pérez lines up for his debut Formula One race, he will be dropping in on his home city of Guadalajara along with his F1 race car. The 21-year-old Mexican will put some test runs with the C30 in the city.
