Clube dos 13 to hold AGM at Soccerex Global Convention

Soccerex are pleased to announce that Clube dos 13, the organisation responsible for representing the unified interest of the top 20 Brazilian football clubs, will be holding their annual general meeting at the Soccerex Global Convention – Rio de Janeiro, 20-24 November 2010.
With this AGM taking place at the Global Convention delegates are assured that Presidents from the 20 biggest clubs in Brazilian football will be joining representatives from major leagues and clubs from around the world such as Major League Soccer, Bundesliga, La Liga, Real Madrid CF, Chelsea FC, Boca Juniors, Liverpool FC, AC Milan, Dynamo Bucharest, Galatasaray S.K, FC Barcelona and many more.
Ataide Gil Guerreiro, Executive Director, Clube Dos 13 commented that “We are extremely excited about working once again with Soccerex for the forthcoming Global Convention in Rio this November. We will be hosting our General Assembly at Soccerex and providing all our clubs with a unique business environment in which to interact with other stakeholders in the football industry. Presidents from teams represented by Clube dos 13 will be in attendance, including those from Clube Atlético Mineiro, Clube Atlético Paranaense, Esporte Clube Bahia, Botafogo de Futebol e Regatas, Guaraní Futebol Clube, Associação Portuguesa de Desportos, Sport Clube Recife, Sport Clube Corinthians Paulista, Coritiba Football Clube, Cruzeiro Esporte Clube, Clube de Regatas Flamengo, Fluminense Football Clube, Goiás Esporte Clube, Grêmio Football Porto Alegrense, Sport Clube Internacional, Sociedade Esportiva Palmeiras, Santos Futebol Clube, São Paulo Futebol Clube, Clube de Regatas Vasco da Gama and Esporte Clube Vitória.
The Soccerex Global Convention (20-24 November 2010) will consist of an in-depth conference schedule, packed exhibition, a large range of networking and a two-day Football Festival, taking place in the Forte de Copacabana, Copacabana beach and Sugar Loaf Mountain, Rio de Janeiro.
