Accompanying Raul on the panel will be Juan Cobian, International Director of Football, Club Atlético Boca Juniors, who will speak on the subject from the viewpoint of a club with a highly successful South American youth development programme, with their U-20 team recently winning the 2010 Blue Stars/FIFA Youth Cup.
