The Qatar 2022 Bid Committee sign year-long sponsorship deal with Soccerex
Tue 6th Apr 2010 | Football Industry Events
Following the Qatar 2022 Bid Committee’s successful participation at last year’s Soccerex Global Convention and the recent Soccerex European Forum, the committee have decided to sign up with Soccerex across all their remaining events this year.
This will see them take a significant presence throughout 2010 at the Soccerex Asian Forum (28-29 July, Singapore) and the Soccerex Global Convention (20-24 November, Rio de Janeiro) just weeks before the final announcement on who will host the 2018 and 2022 FIFA World Cup™ is made.
Nasser Al Khater (Communications Director, Qatar 2022 Bid Committee) commented: “Soccerex’s global portfolio and concentration of events in 2010 makes this deal an important part of our promotional strategy”.
Soccerex take pride in offering bespoke sponsorship and exhibitor packages to the key stakeholders in world football. “We are delighted to sign a cross-event deal with such a progressive bid committee and will continue to provide them with platforms around the world to promote their FIFA World Cup™ bid”, Duncan Revie (CEO, Soccerex).
This inaugural Soccerex Asian Forum (28-29 July, Singapore) takes place in the biggest football market in the world and will enable an exchange of ideas between the west and the east. For further information about this event please visit www.soccerex.com/asia or call +44 (0)208742 7100.
