Plymouth in High Court today

Plymouth Argyle Football Club are in the High Court from today fighting a winding-up petition in relation to an unpaid tax bill.
The League One club, who were served with a winding up petition by HM Revenue & Customs on 23 October has struggled pay the salaries of both the playing and office staff for November.
Plymouth recorded a £2.8m loss for the 2008/09 financial year and were previously issued with a winding-up order for unpaid tax by HM Revenue & Customs last season.
Speculation exists that former Cardiff City and Leeds chairman Peter Ridsdale has been in talks about investing with the club.
In a statement recently released by Plymouth said: "Peter has extensive experience in football.
"He is just one of a number of parties that we have undertaken exploratory discussions, with regard to potential future investment."
Further details of the case to be announced
