Burnley FC Secure New Shirt Sponsor
Fri 6th Jan 2012 | Football Sponsorship
Burnley Football Club have announced a prestigious new shirt sponsorship deal with Premier Range, commencing in the summer of 2012.
The online kitchen specialist, based in Todmorden, has agreed an undisclosed fee to become the principal club partner for the next two years, with an option for a third year.
The shirt deal will replace Fun88, whose deal comes to an end at end of the 2011/12 campaign.
Martin Mensforth, General Manager at Premier Range, said: “We are very excited about this deal as we have always endeavoured to support Burnley Football Club in any way we can.
“Moving from sponsoring the Youth Team to the first team is not only a measure of our success as a company, but also shows how committed to this great team we are.
“On a personal note, and as a Burnley fan as well as a sponsor, I would also like to thank Fun88 for their support of Burnley over the last few years and promise we will continue their good work.”
Anthony Fairclough, Director of Commercial Affairs at Burnley Football Club, said: “I would like to go on record in thanking Fun88 for their valued support and our association with them.
“Premier Range has enjoyed a relationship with the club for three years now, particularly in sponsoring our youth team and Clarets Player reserve team highlights, and we feel that their move to title sponsor clearly demonstrates an ongoing support and commitment to the club.”
