Chelsea launch online TV channel

Fri 27th Aug 2010 | Television & Broadcasting

Premier League Football Club, Chelsea has launched Chelsea TVC Online, a new online resource for fans. The online portal is going to be powered by Perform, Chelsea’s internet partner and a UK-based digital sports specialist.

The online television channel will be a source of premium on-demand content to international fans and will include footage from the British pay-television operator BSkyB and also Chelsea TV, which is the digital television of the club. This channel will give fans access to live streaming of Chelsea TV other than the on-demand footage. Earlier subscribers to BSkyB in the UK and Ireland were the only ones who could get the Chelsea TV channel.
