Colchester United FC announce new shirt sponsorship deal

Colchester United Football Club have teamed up with Reader Offers Limited, the UK’s premier agent for providing the finest in cruise travel.

Established in 1995, the company, who are based in Colchester, are award-winning industry leaders whose preferred partners include some of the top cruise lines in the world such as Cunard, Fred Olsen, Royal Caribbean International, P & O Cruises and Celebrity Cruises. 

The two year sponsorship deal will see Reader Offers Limited sponsor both the home and away shirts, meaning the club will wear their iconic blue and white stripes on the road for the first time in over a decade.

Jeremy Dickinson, Reader Offers Limited’s Managing Director, said: “We are both excited and proud to be the chief sponsor of Colchester United, especially as the majority of our 125 employees come from the Colchester area. We are a results driven company, so much like Colchester United really!”

The exciting partnership was launched at Harwich International Port, as Colchester’s first team players and club staff teamed up with representatives from Readers Offers Limited on Jewel Of The Seas, one of Royal Caribbean’s impressive ships.

“The club are proud to be from Colchester and to be part of the local community, so the fact that we have teamed up with one of the town’s key employers is something we are particularly pleased with.

Production of the new shirt is well underway and are expected to go on sale in June. Further details about a launch date for the fantastic new kit, produced by PUMA, will be released in the very near future.

The partnership between Colchester United and Reader Offers Limited will also see U’s fans offered the opportunity of some fantastic holiday deals on some of the world’s finest cruise liners.
