Anfield Icon shares experiences at Leaders

Jamie Carragher, Liverpool FC vice-captain and former England international, will be addressing 1000 senior delegates attending the 4thLeaders in Football conference taking place at Chelsea FC, London on 5th and 6th October 2011.
With the modern day footballer working under intense pressure in an environment where player loyalty is seemingly decreasing, but wages are at an all-time high, clubs face a new challenge in holding on to their best assets. From a game where on-field performances are assessed daily by managers, media, and the fans, whilst off-field activities also attract attention, Carragher will be discussing the lessons he has learned at the top of football.
Carragher has a host of footballing accolades to his name including the 1996 FA Youth Cup, two FA Cups, two League Cups, one UEFA Cup, and the pinnacle of his career, a UEFA Champions League medal. He made his 666th appearance for Liverpool in all competitions on the 9th May 2011, making him the second longest-serving player in the club’s history.
