Huddersfield Town FC extend long standing partnership
Mon 1st Aug 2011 | Football Sponsorship
Huddersfield Town Football Club have today announced that Huddersfield-based chartered accountants Revell Ward have extended their long-standing partnership with the Club ahead of the 2011/12 npower League 1 season.
The firm of chartered accountants has also signed up as title sponsors of the ‘Town’s Kitchen’ challenge, which will take place later this year. The cook-off competition is scheduled for October and will see three of the Club’s first team stars don a chef’s apron and hat and compete in a head to head challenge. Andy Wardle, Head Chef from Lindley’s catering, will provide the players with some much needed guidance ahead of the competition!
Based in Huddersfield, Revell Ward first became affiliated with the Club prior to the 2009/10 season when their distinctive brand featured on the back of the Academy’s home and away shirts. Revell Ward is more usually seen adding to business through services such as audit and assurance, expert help on tax, accounting support, managed payroll solutions and corporate finance advice.

Huddersfield Town Commercial Director Sean Jarvis commented: “We are delighted that Revell Ward has chosen to extend their official partnership with the Club for a third year. As businesses we share many of the same principles, which I believe has played a big role in the success of the partnership.
“I am looking forward to watching the ‘Town’s Kitchen’ challenge develop and eventually culminate in an afternoon of high entertainment.”
He added: “I would like to personally thank Revell Ward for all their hard work over the years especially their involvement with the Academy and the ‘Keep it Up’ campaign; and I look forward to working with them again throughout the 2011/12 npower League 1 season.”
Revell Ward, Partner, Karen Borowski commented: “The past two years of our prosperous partnership with the Club has proven a fantastic tool in helping us build and promote the Revell Ward brand.
“Hopefully through the ‘Town’s Kitchen’ challenge and further promotions (for both us and Town!), we will be able to build upon the foundations laid over the last two years and reach new heights!”
