Leaders in Digital Sport launched after consultation with industry

Following a 6 month consultation period with Director level executives at rights holders, brands and commercial/marketing stakeholders across ten sports, the team behind the successful “Leaders” events for Football, Sponsorship and Sports Performance, are delighted to announce the launch of Leaders in Digital Sport.
This new, exclusive and invitation-only event will bring together 250 director level executives shaping the future of sports digital landscape for a full day of leading content from some of the world’s foremost experts.
With an Advisory Board comprising of BSkyB, BBC, Liverpool FC, Chelsea, The Football League and ESPN, the content has been carefully developed by the sports industry for the sports industry.
The event will cover in detail future digital technologies that will change sport, how tomorrow’s consumer will engage with sport, what can be learnt from successful commercial models outside sport and how social media is changing the face of communication.
The standalone conference will take place on the second day (6th October 2011) of the Leaders annual sports summit at Chelsea FC thereby providing an opportunity to network exclusively with digital experts as well as with director level sports executives from all over the world
