Soccerex partner Paddy Power for exclusive FIFA World CupTM offer
Mon 15th Feb 2010 | Football Industry Events
Delegates to Soccerex's European Forum in Manchester (2-3 March) are getting an unexpected World Cup bonus following a recent deal with Paddy Power. Under the agreement, anyone who registers for the European Forum between 15 and 26 February will be eligible for a full refund on their delegate ticket, if England wins the 2010 FIFA World CupTM in South Africa.
Despite recent turmoil in the camp, Fabio Capello’s men are one of the top ranked teams in the tournament and many believe this is their best opportunity to the win the FIFA World CupTM for the first time since 1966. Should Rio Ferdinand lift the trophy on 11 July, many Soccerex European Forum delegates will have an extra reason to celebrate.
Taking place in Manchester, one hundred days before the World Cup kicks off, the 2 day business-to-business forum will bring together senior decision makers from all corners of the football industry, including over 180 representatives from Europe’s leading clubs and leagues.
World Cup issues will be high on the agenda with the bid teams from England 2018, Russia 2018/2022 and Qatar 2022 all taking a significant presence at the event. In addition some of the industry’s biggest names will discuss the most pertinent issues affecting the game from the UEFA Champions League to financial fairplay. The European Club Association (ECA) has also chosen to coincide its General Assembly with the event and hold a press conference.
Demand for places is extremely high and only 75 delegate passes now remain. To secure one of the few remaining places under this special World Cup offer, please contact the Soccerex team on +44 (0)208 742 7100 or at enquiry@soccerex.com, quoting reference “ENGWIN”. Terms and conditions apply – please see www.soccerex.com/europe for details).
