Indonesia, Hong Kong and UAE Football Associations confirm for Soccerex Asian Forum

The Football Associations of Indonesia, Hong Kong and the United Arab Emirates have all confirmed they will attend the inaugural Soccerex Asian Forum (28-29 July, Singapore). They join the growing number of Asian Football Associations who have chosen to utilise the event to broaden their structural and commercial activities, including Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines.
On confirming his attendance, Drs. H. A. M. Nurdin Halid, President of the Football Association of Indonesia said: “I believe this Soccerex Asian forum will give lot of advantage to Indonesian football. Moreover, we are trying to develop the football industry in Indonesia and this opportunity is too valuable to let pass by.”
Drs. H. A. M. Nurdin Halid will be joined by Vincent Yuen, General Secretary, Hong Kong FA and Jassim Altenaiji, Head of Marketing, UAE FA.
The Soccerex Asian Forum has received strong backing from some of the continent’s most high-profile figures including Mohamed bin Hammam (President, AFC) and Worawi Makudi (President, Thailand FA).
Taking place in the world’s biggest football market, the two-day forum will enable an exchange of ideas between the west and the east and allow partnerships to be forged between European and Asian football rights holders and businesses.
