Moore on more opportunities in Digital Sport
Thu 7th Jul 2011 | Football Industry Events
Peter Moore, President of EA SPORTS will be delivering a keynote presentation to an invitation only audience of 250 digital experts from brands, rights holders and agencies, at the inaugural Leaders in Digital Sport being hosted at Chelsea FC on 6th October as part of the Leaders Sports Summit.
The conference was launched following a 6 month consultation with 100 director level executives across 10 different sports and in response to the growing demand for winning strategies in the digital space. To ensure the conference is designed by the industry for the industry, an advisory board comprising senior executives from BSkyB, BBC, Liverpool FC, Chelsea, The Football League and ESPN has been engaged to help shape the content.
This will cover in detail future digital technologies that will change sport, how tomorrow’s consumer will engage with sport, what can be learnt from successful commercial models outside sport and how social media is changing the face of communication.
At the conference, Moore will deliver a fascinating insight into the future of media technologies and how consumer behaviour, interaction, lifestyle choices and loyalty is changing as a result for sports rights holders and brands. He is one of Sports Business Journal‘s Most Influential People in Sports with over 25 years of leadership experience in gaming, entertainment and consumer products.
A number of world class speakers have been confirmed and the conference programme is available from the recently launched website www.leadersindigitalsport.com or available by e-mailing digitalsport@leadersinevents.com. With 100 delegates already confirmed pre launch due to the exclusive nature of the content and audience, places are very limited and will only go to individuals and organisations with a keen interest or track record in this area.
Leaders in Digital Sport takes place within the Leaders Sports Summit, a coming together of 5 leading conferences including Football, Sponsorship, Performance and the business of Horse Racing, over 5th and 6th October at Chelsea FC.
